NATIONAL COLLABORATIVE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP

"LIFE'S MOST PERSISTENT AND URGENT QUESTION IS, 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR OTHERS?' "

Martin Luther King, Jr.

THE SHIFT FROM THE 20TH TO 21ST CENTURY

Contrary to popular beliefs, in these times whereas the transitions from the 20th to 21st Centuries can be felt by all of us "regular folks", it is critical for leaders to grasp emerging vision and relevant practices that will enhance our professional skills and increase our competitiveness as key leaders, providers, and educators in our local communities that are quickly changing to postmodern & globalized. NCIL meets these needs by providing a Professional Development Institute for people in Human Capital and Human Services Industries such as the Church, religious non-profit organizations, and religious educational institutions. At NCIL, "we bridge this mission and vision to practice" by providing online instruction, seminars, and on-site consultation by premier Instructors who also serve at the forefront of change as Senior Pastors, Non-Profit Organization Leaders, and Christian School Administrators and Educators.

NCIL's THREE PATHWAYS FOR THE CONTINUAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERS

IN BRIDGING MISSION AND VISION TO PRACTICE

"The Institute" champions a Certificate in Executive Leadership Program and it is led by premium leaders who are drawn from flagship ecclesial organizations and churches, as well as ecumenical businesses, and Christian schools. They are experienced in empowering executive leaders, managers, and leaders of such organizations. The N.C.I.L. "Certificate in Executive Leadership Program" has 3 tracks:

  1. The Executive Ecclesial Leadership Track

  2. The Executive Ecumenical Non-Profit Organization Leadership Track

  3. The Executive Administration and Supervision of Christian Schools and Christian Education Ministries Track

"The Seminars" are an intensive 1-day seminars/ transformational conferences that are designed for equipping leaders and colleague-leaders with appropriate types of analyses for getting to the root of challenges inhibiting your organization's or ministry's growth, relevance, or effectiveness. Also, The Seminars will assist leaders in the development of relevant action research, action plans, or strategic-plans for organizations, as well as ministry-action-plans for churches' or ecumenical organizations' grounded responses to their challenges, which inspire their relevance, effectiveness, or growth.

"The Consulting Service" of N.C.I.L. functions as the Executive Leaders coworker. N.C.I.L.'s Consulting is a "service experience" that is a both, personal-expanding and leadership-expanding, 1-year process on your site. The N.C.I.L. Consultant will schedule 12 times throughout the year for assisting you in guiding your organization forward through either an analysis, and/or strategic plan, or action plan, guiding you to viewing your mission and vision in actionable ways.
