Now celebrating its 5th year in operation, NCIL continues to stand as a trusted, hybrid Professional Development Center and Research Institute, dedicated to equipping key leaders across ecclesial, ecumenical, nonprofit, educational, and governmental arenas. From our home in Washington, D.C., we offer a reflective and rigorous space for leadership development—designed for those who carry the weight of responsibility with vision and conviction.

Our work is grounded in interdisciplinary research across business, culture, education, and religious life, which we translate into meaningful, high-impact seminars and learning experiences. These are not only moments of instruction, but also of renewal—Sabbath-like opportunities for leaders, managers, supervisors, and followers to pause, grow, and re-engage their calling with clarity.

NCIL is proud to maintain a team of instructors who bring both scholarly depth and practical expertise. Our facilitators hold earned doctorates (Ph.D., Ed.D., D.Min., and others), possess extensive field experience, and have a proven record of delivering transformational instruction to diverse leadership communities.

While NCIL does not confer degrees, certifications, nor or formal accreditations, and we do not seek accreditation because we focus solely on research and offering professional development. We joyfully recognize the contributions of our “leader-leaders” (attendees and participants) through commemorative certificates and digital badges.
